Meet Our Team
Daniel Clark
Daniel Clark founded Cell Ventures in 2017 to bring institutional-quality acquisition capabilities to the cell tower lease market. In 2022, Cell Ventures partnered with TPG Peppertree, a wireless investment platform with over 10,000 wireless communication infrastructure assets and $7.7 billion in assets under management. This partnership provides Cell Ventures with $200 million in committed equity capital for cell tower lease acquisitions.
Mr. Clark oversees originations, capital markets, and investor relations at Cell Ventures.

Eric Webb
Eric Webb brings over 25 years of experience in real estate and wireless infrastructure. He has deep expertise across acquisitions, asset management, operations, leasing, financing, and dispositions. Mr. Webb’s long-standing relationships with investors, carriers, and property owners give him a distinct ability to identify opportunities, structure transactions efficiently, and drive them to close. At Cell Ventures, he plays a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing lease acquisitions. Eric is a graduate of Cornell University.
Jack Patterson
Jack Patterson leads origination and business development at Cell Ventures. He is responsible for identifying new lease acquisition opportunities and building relationships with property owners across the country. Prior to joining Cell Ventures, Jack held positions in financial services and wealth management. He is a graduate of the College of Charleston.
Adri Matuszak
Adri Matuszak serves as Portfolio Manager at Cell Ventures, where she oversees the acquisition pipeline and manages the firm’s growing portfolio of cell tower lease assets. With seven years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Adri brings expertise in lease negotiation, carrier relations, and real estate asset management. She is a graduate of Arizona State University.
Nick Schweiger
Nick Schweiger is a Portfolio Manager at Cell Ventures, where he leverages his background in real estate, mortgage banking, and wireless infrastructure to structure acquisitions aligned with investment objectives. His analytical approach and transaction experience enable Cell Ventures to underwrite and close opportunities efficiently. Mr. Schweiger holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree from Yale University.
Cyrus Stokeld
Cyrus serves as Vice President of Acquisitions at Cell Ventures, where he leads strategic sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new investment opportunities. In addition to overseeing acquisitions, Cyrus plays an active role in the implementation of technology solutions across the organization, helping drive operational efficiency and scalable growth initiatives. He earned his degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he studied Political Science and Economics.
